Delivery Policy
We are excited to partner with Mrs. Grocery Ottawa Valley, a local specialty online market, who will manage our delivery service. By increasing the collaboration between local small businesses and local farmers, their focus is on quality-driven food and product supply that makes shopping locally as convenient as possible.

And the best part? You may add as many additional products from other local vendors around the Ottawa Valley on their online marketplace to the same order for one delivery fee!

How to Place a Delivery Order:
• Please click the link above to visit Mrs. Grocery's website, www.mrsgrocery.com
• Choose your province and city
• Type "bison" into the search bar (all of our available products will appear)
• Choose the items you'd like to purchase, each item is priced by weight so be sure to choose a specific weight for each item
• Mrs. Grocery accepts payment by credit card on their secure online marketplace. They also accept e-transfer in advance and cash at the time of delivery.

Delivery Fee
Orders from Mrs. Grocery's online marketplace will be delivered to locations around Ontario for one flat delivery fee. And the best part, you may add any other product offered on their marketplace (within your area) to the same order with no extra delivery charges. Please note: delivery fees are based on the distance between each vendor and are subject to HST.

Delivery Schedule
Mrs. Grocery will pick up your order from us on Wednesdays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays. Mrs. Grocery will coordinate the delivery with you directly to arrange a delivery date and time that is suitable for you.
