Return Policy
We strive to ensure every customer is happy with every purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know.
Please send us an email, as soon as possible, to whitepinebison@gmail.com to explain the situation. Please include:
- your name and contact information
- reasons you are unhappy with your purchase
- photos, if necessary
- invoice number, if available
We will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Perishable Meat Products
The Renfrew County & District Heallth Unit does not allow us to resell any meat product that has been delivered, shipped, or picked-up by a customer. As such, perishable items (such as frozen meats, cooked or prepared meat products, etc) are NOT refundable once accepted by a customer. However, if you wish to change your order before you receive it, please send us an email at whitepinebison@gmail.com and we will be happy to change it for you.
Returning your Items
If we confirm the option to return the product, please mail it to the farm. If you are located within the Ottawa Valley, you may choose to return it in person during our pick-up hours from 10 am to 6 pm on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Our physical and mailing address is White Pine Bison, 89 Hila Rd, RR #2, Pembroke, ON, K8A 6W3.
You will receive a refund for the price you paid for the item, by way of e-transfer, as soon as we receive the returned product.
If a security question is needed to process the refund by e-transfer, the answer will be "bison".
You will be notified by email once we have processed the refund.
